Openings For Customer Support Executive for Domestic and International Process and Technical Support Executive For (International Process)

Experience: 0-4Yrs

Salary: 2Lpa to 4.5Lpa

Transportation: 2 way cab facility

Qualification: PUC/Diploma/Graduates & BE/Btech

Location: Bangalore

Candidates should be fluent in English (oral and written skills)

Roles & Responsibilities

To address the queries of the Clients

To troubleshoot the concerns raised by clients

Previous experience in Customer Service role preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency in English & Hindi

Freshers with Good communications can also apply.

Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations.

Provide E-mail and Phone support to trouble shoot and resolve issues experience.

Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
