Job Description:

  • Support and enable the implementation of BlackLine products across DAN while managing multiple concurrent implementation projects
  • Work with implementation team to define and document business requirements
  • Train and advise Finance users on BlackLine functionalities
  • New accounts assignment, maintenance and accounting data verification
  • Workflow launch management for the system
  • New user onboarding and modification of user access
  • Raise, follow-up, and resolve BlackLine support tickets
  • Troubleshoot, collaborate and coordinate with the IT to resolve system or database issues
  • Maintain knowledge of all BlackLine products and corresponding functionality
  • Create processes and procedures to drove improvements including automations
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place and enforce compliance
  • Reconciling data interfaces between ERP systems and Blackline
  • Create management reporting Reporting, including KPIs and timeliness monitoring
  • Ensure good stakeholder engagement through regular updates and good communication
Job Requirements:
  • Clear understanding and experience of BlackLine financial close suite of products
  • Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Finance, PMP skills desirable
  • 6 9 years of work experience with at least 4 years of Blackline experience
  • Strong accounting skills and knowledge
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in projects with multiple deployments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with all levels of the organization
  • Perform training for others in the department on best practices and new solution options
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal and consultative
  • Strong customer focus and ability
