Job Description
• To provide quotes to external customers for the supply of routine and non-routine service level agreements, parts and labor and answer customer queries in respect of quotes.

• To liaise with the Logistics coordinator over non-standard price queries.

• To record all customer inquiries and responses centrally.

• To check accuracy of quotes produced by overseas contracts administrators.

• English / Communication skills should be excellent.

• Good attention to detail Analytical reasoning abilities excellent customer service skills

• Excellent teamwork Skills.

• Excellent problem solving ability.

• Knowledge about company process and policies.

• Require excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
