Beauty Managers - For a leading brand in India

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT
Responsible for the StudioWest beauty customer experience. He / she would be responsible for delivering the prescribed customer experience and sales for the business.

JOB CONTEXT
1. Responsible for the entire beauty business
a. Sales : Studio West & all other brands / categories / services
b. Customer experience : Leading by example
2. Meet/exceed customer experience metrics & sales targets and be rewarded accordingly
3. Maintaining optimum stock: Ordering by setting & changing norms for all brands
4. Interface with Store / Region / Category : He / She would be a critical source of feedback & input to the category
5. Training
a. Reinforces all training on the job for SW brand / BAs
b. Responsible for training all external brand BAs on the ‘SW way’ of service
6. Manage for Studio West brand & Engage with Brands’ representatives for external brands :
a. Quality of BA (training, knowledge, uniform, grooming, daily attendance etc.)
b. Co-ordination on Promotions
c. Counter hygiene & upkeep (covers all elements such as testers, retail aides,
consumables etc.)
d. Implementation of new launches
7. Make-up Artist / expert for the Studio West brand and will carry out all expert sessions:
8. Makeovers
9. One on one consultancies
10. To be the PR interface at the store, basis agreed company guidelines.
