Job Description
Urgently Hiring for top Leading Travel/ IT industry
The ideal applicant should have to extensive experience in business development with international customers, preferably within the Travel/ IT industry and is able aggressively generating new relationships and further cultivating existing partnerships to ensure business growth. Sales outreach will be a key activity. Position requires excellent communication skills. Candidate should also be willing to travel domestic and international sector based on companies requirements.
Location
Noida Sec 63 Nearest Metro Station Electronic City
Shift Timings- 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Eligibility - Graduate /MBA, Fresher Also Apply
Directs Sales Any Experience
Fixed Salary - 4Lac/ Annual CTC
Incentive - Amount up to 6Lac
Fixed Compensation + Variable Pay (Incentives) + Travel opportunities

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales or business development experience in IT/ Software/ Travel Industry.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply for BDE positions.
• Familiarity working with the travel industry highly desired
• Ability to conduct online presentations to customers.
• Passion for introducing new and unique trends in the travel and IT/ Software Industry.
• Ambitious, hard-working and with a flair for sales.
• Problem-solving attitude
• A team player with leadership skills
• Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Execute an integrated strategy to significantly grow sales.
• Develop professional and trusted relationships with existing and new clients.
• Assists with the development and implementation of new partnerships
• Manage aggressive sales goals and track key monthly metric
• Provides information to marketing to understand the users and needs of the prospects and customers to help in the creation of effective campaigns
