WORKLIA is looking for dynamic Business Development Executives / Managers / Head from Staffing and recruitment Industry, who are capable enough to take this startup ahead.

Date: 18-Mar-2019 to 23-Mar-2019
Time: 12PM to 6PM (Monday to Friday)
12PM to 4PM (Saturday)
Salary: Up to 7 LPA + Incentives

Job title: Business Development Executive / Manager / Head
Shift - Day / 8 working Hrs a Day - 6 days a week
Location: Bangalore
Salary Range:Open for right candidates + Incentives

Role & Responsibility: -
-Generation of business from Direct Accounts and achieving sales targets
-Identifying new sales leads
-Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads
-Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
-Mapping the prospect clients in IT & NON IT industry and generate the leads
-Knowledge of end to end life cycle of recruitment and Staffing solutions
-Going and meeting F2F with the HR and generate recruitment from them.

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years sales experience in Indian (Domestic) recruitment & staffing solution, Mainly with IT
-Must have solid existing customers network and willingness to find new customers quickly.
-Must have very positive and result oriented attitude
-Must have ability to meet given targets or exceeding that
-Graduate.
Salary:
-20% -25% hike on current Package ( no bar for deserving professionals)
-3% commission on monthly target
-Company Performance bonus
