Job Description
➢ Booking S.O for the orders received from domestic/International customers and distributing the soft copy of domestic SO as well as export SO to all concerned departments.
➢ Updating monthly sales statement & generating report.
➢ Sharing Dispatch schedule to various customers after receiving the same from planning dept.
➢ Coordinating with planning & disp. Dept., and arranging local customer dispatches as per the schedules informed to them.
➢ Improving Customer Service by providing them timely updates about the dispatches.
➢ Arranging TC / samples for the customers etc.
➢ On-Time Filling & keeping updated records
➢ Handling Existing Local Customers calls which are received at landline and giving them required info.
➢ Sending Invoice, TC copies to customers and Mumbai office and maintaining register entries.
➢ Sharing samples and maintaining register for the samples sent to various customers.
➢ Sending Pro-forma Invoice, Quotation to customers
➢ Sending dispatch intimation mail (To Domestic & International Customers)
➢ Raising quality complaint received from customers
➢ Preparing Monthly Material requirement sheet for domestic customers and sharing the same with planning department for domestic monthly dispatch programs.
➢ English communication is MUST.
