Job Description
Import documentation (custom clearance & delivery) Follow up with a salesperson for the inquiries of the customers. Keep track of shipment movement arrival & other custom clearance formalities. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily updates of cargo delivery, custom clearance, weekly work plans Follow up with a salesperson for the inquiries of the customers. • Negotiate rates from local Vendors for the inquiries received. • Keep track of shipment movement arrival & other custom clearance formalities. Need to update customer about the shipment status on time to time basis. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results in reports such as daily updates of cargo delivery custom clearance weekly work plans • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. . Co-ordination with operation team regarding ongoing shipments has to synchronize services as per customers requirement and demand. Candidate should be aggressive Good Looking with good communication skills. • Candidates with Knowledge of checklist filing & CHA software Like Live Impex will be an added advantage. Experience in Custom clearing agent house. • Typing Speed Minimum 35 Wpm • Knowledge of Microsoft office as well as email handling is required. Qualifications - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate (MBA - Operations)
