Roles and Responsibility :
B2C Projects 7 9 years experience
Identify and implement B2C business transformation projects
Ensure B2C projects are prioritized and implemented within the stipulated timelines
Analyse the opportunity for setting up new branches and execute the setting up of all identified branches within stipulated time
To identify & implement various avenues to increase accounts and margins
Sales Process and Policy management
Design and implement goal sheets for the sales vertical to achieve the company level sales targets
Design various sales policies and processes to increase acquisition keeping the CoA, CTM, FYR etc. within the desired limits
Undertake the manpower planning/forecasting basis demand and lead flow analysis
Create business facing presentations and analysis for the top management and reviews
Roll out / modify various sales policies including incentive, PEP, CPP, salary increment etc. from time to time to ensure business performance and setting the right sales culture
Process improvement initiatives
Continuously innovate the referral program (customer, employee) offerings, create efficient process flow to increase the referral closures
Design the customer journey for digital acquisition through app
Design the DIY lead management portal for efficient tracking and end to end acquisition of DIY clients

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
