Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) program in support of the functional & company strategy, goals, and performance objectives
Overall accountability for development, implementation, and effectiveness of IAM program, related initiatives, and capabilities
Undertake strategic planning, providing input on capabilities and methods used for IAM, and driving improvements
Provide thought leadership in IT Strategy, operations and innovations as related to the Identity and access management services
Develop IAM framework, support compliance and risk management activities
Own the Identity & Access Management policy and standard
Development and implementation of technical IAM organization-wide strategies and policies.
Drive the implementation/rollout of applications related to identity and access management (Access, Authentication, Authorization)
Provide consultation to support the design, integration and operational processes to enable business functions as they align the various technology products that support IAM to their security, risk management and compliance framework
Define, update/validate and monitor appropriate access structure to protect the business from unauthorized access and to ensure regulatory compliance
Ensure procedures related to account access administration and SOPs are clearly document, updated and adhered to
Interact with key business and IT stakeholders to proactively identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed with innovative technology solutions
Drive successful delivery and implementation of key enterprise initiatives related to Identity Management technologies
Advocate for holistic approaches to enable security posture within the company
Provide leadership and coordination of identity administration initiatives to drive governance and identity
Support the development of whitepapers, case studies, technical blue prints for IAM architectures and services
Develop standards and approaches to enable seamless and secure integration of PAM solutions.
Lead development of new solutions to solve a diverse range of PAM use cases
, Desired Profile
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related area such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
Industry-standard certifications such as Oracle IAM certified, CISSP, PMP is preferred.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
