Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) 


1. Experience in Body (BCM) and Instrument cluster controller development.

2. Experience with OEM, handled vehicle programs

3. Writing Component Technical requirement, RFQ, Validation plan

4. Hands experience in Auto Components EMI/EMC and Homologation

5. Supplier Co-ordination, Queries resolution

6. Component Calibration, EOL testing

7. Defining the process- Supplier qualifications, Validation, Checklist

8. Defining Communication and Diagnostic requirements

9. Excellent knowledge of Regulatory requirement for Automotive

 Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 
1 Writing technical specifications for Automotive components

2 Proposing ideas to meet component cost target

3 Supplier management

4 Component Validation
