Job Description
Maintain the track for high priority issues for rest of Maharashtra region & Mumbai; manage for equivalent with local area coordinator, area manager for resolution.

Authenticate the dependency for down time of atms to reduce the penalty acknowledged form customers.

Escalated high TAT calls follow to the internal higher management & determine the identical on top precedence.

Regress to all the customers escalation on phone as well as on mail within stipulated give period.
