The ideal candidate must be a Graduate in Marketing / Mech. Engineering with experience of at least 5 yrs in Sales and Marketing of precision engineering products in India . Should have excellent communication skills in English (Other languages like Hindi, Malayalam, Etc., will be given preference) and should be willing to travel in India and be capable of strategic handling of potential customers. This is for immediate appointment and the selected candidate should be willing to join within a month's time. Desired Profile:

Duties & Responsibilities
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Market Knowledge, Staffing if required.
Responsible for New Business Development ( Discover New Dealers & Customers), Selling and closing our products ( Collects / Chucks / Nuts)
Manage client relationship through all phases of sales cycle
(Like Order enquiry, booking , shipping, collection & C form dues if any)
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors Degree ( or equivalent work experience ) business, marketing and sales
Must be able to demonstrate sales record (5 + years) at high level achievement
Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Some outstation travel required for industry events and customer meetings (10 30%)
Frequent local travel required to meet local customers to understand their needs and suit our products to their development.
