Job Description
• Customer interaction which comprises of offering a selection of properties available for sale and arranging visits to view the properties, providing layout details that fit requirements in terms of price, , location and addressing finance related queries.

• Follow up with prospects via phone calls and email pro-actively as per defined turnaround timelines.

• Source fresh leads through inbound and outbound calls and through Property Consultants and existing customers.

• Complete the Booking documentation & SAP entry of the New Bookings and hand over the booked client to CRM team for further processing.

• Assist the Marketing Department in market intelligence by gathering and analyzing in detail the competitors’ projects, pricing, finance schemes and other offerings at regular intervals.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to devise and implement new marketing and sales strategies as per the fluctuating market trends.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize events for Existing Customers and Property Consultants to increase awareness of the product and customer reach.

• Constant communication with Property Consultants to understand the market pulse.

• Assist the Property Consultants with lead management, generation, and closure.

• Assisted Property Consultants with Empanelment process, invoicing and payouts of property consultancy fee.

• Source new Property Consultants and maintain communication pertaining to the project at regular intervals.

• Maintain follow-up sheets and update the relevant details in SFDC for lead management within defined timelines.

• Prepare Daily Sales Report, Check List, MIS, Query Log and other sales related reports.

• Follow the sales process for site management as set by the organization for enhancing the sales experience of the customer.
