Experience: 2 to 4 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant


Brief about Job Profile:


· Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness of reporting and procedural standards

· To ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the standards and timely manner

· Advise line manager / management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecast.

· Assist line manager / management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction

· Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company

· Liasoning with government bodies, banks & stake holders

· To receive and deal with financial queries and enquiries from inter departments

· To provide support to line manager on the day to day operation of all financial and accounting system

· To contribute to the analysis of financial information, preparing reports and making recommendations for corrective course of action, in liaison with line managers

· To monitor procedures in respect of checking and authorizing accounts for payment

· Review monthly bank reconciliation statements of all bank accounts and update the line manager on its timely compliance

· Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement

· Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput

· Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

· Oversee the operations of the treasury department

· Involvement in Statutory and Internal audit as well as other tax compliance matters

· Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management

· Other duties and projects as assigned.

Other Qualifications:


· Knowledge of SAP and Tally will have additional advantage

· Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications especially Ms Excel and Ms Outlook

· Confident, self-driven and a team player
