Job Description
 Monitoring and managing a team of sales executives and driving productivity on day to day basis

 Identifying and assigning leads to all the team members

 Ensuring that the executives meet the daily/weekly/monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on regular basis

 Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, driving metrics around individual performance, attrition, quality, number of calls, Meetings, Prospects being made by the team

 Constantly motivating executives driving them towards achieving incentives and controlling attrition

 Responsible for hiring, training and development of the team members, Identifying training needs and highlighting the same

 Develop good and cooperative working relationships with Vendor and maintaining them over a period of time

 Knowledge of principles and methods for showing promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control

 Detailed report on weekly achievement Vis a Vis the targets
