Job Description
The job-holder will carry out the project management and required practices for a sizable team project of around 20-40 engineers.
Projects will include the on-boarding/starting of new modules as per priority set by customer, re-structuring of existing teams to start the work, re-engineering initiatives driven by industry changes and internal projects / initiatives
The projects will involve the management of work streams and resources from across various modules.
The Project Manager is expected to be able to undertake Business Analysis as required to define scope, timelines and delivery.
A primary objective is to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales, highlighting and resolving issues as they arise.
Additionally, a consistent and professional approach to project management is essential with particular attention to the risk profile of the project delivery and the subsequent operational model.
Project Manager is also expected have proficient knowledge on Java Technology and related technologies on stack to contribute to execution, risk identification and mitigation plans.
Experience handling larger team (20-40), MS project planning, Microsoft technology knowledge
Experience handling enterprise products will be add on
PMP or Scrum Master certification will be add on
Well aware of Agile and SCRUM
Very efficient in planning resources, timeline and cost. Able to generate/maintain burndown, burnup charts, risk register and capacity planning.
Experience in handling all stakeholders.
Should be able to handle business and project problems efficiently. Should be able to provide technical pointers to team.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide or support high quality project delivery services in line with the strategic objectives of the business
To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and their Third Parties
To work closely with Technical Architects, Product managers and other teams towards the development/ maintenance of core project functionalities
To implement new initiative/processes and existing process change to timescale and to the requisite standard and quality
To develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with business colleagues in support of project delivery
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos and other Scrum-related meeting.
Report project status to Delivery & Client Managers and develop required delivery documentations.
Coach and guide team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
To identify and mitigate project risks with an objective of zero defects once business transferred to the live environment; in addition to manage and mitigate the impacts of issues where they arise.
Dependent on assignment, to manage and develop a team of staff who are responsible for supporting and facilitating delivery of projects either within the Department or as a collective project team from across the business.
Create and maintain all required reports & improvement plans
