Job Description:

• As warranty management lead you will be responsible to drive overall analytics on product performance, NFF, claims process. You will be responsible for creating & modifying statistical models to meet client as well as organization needs. The statistical model will be on identifying anomalies in the data & provide insights to drive business outcomes
• You will assist onshore and offshore teams, and client team by providing them tactical support including Data Validation, developing OPEX documents, Preparing current state analysis presentations, preparing future state analysis documents, monitoring progress of the project and publishing reports
Operational Responsibilities

• Responsible to drive business saving with offshore , onshore & client team as per defined yearly target
• Should be able to guide & mentor modeling experts & data scientist to drive business outcomes
• Should have the overall understanding of warranty management, forecasting, spares parts planning
• Responsible to generate models based on business requirements
• Should work closely with the data scientist, onshore and offshore team to understand different business scenario, automate and create models in "R"
• Should be able to identify anomalies in data using different statistical tool
• Suggest model change based on the change in business dynamic & data trends
• Responsible to generate forecast for warranty expense based on history, generate models to understand parts requirement based on history
• Support ad-hoc complex analysis
• Leverage multiple "R" tools to conduct more complex warranty analysis: "R" Enterprise Guide, "R" Enterprise Miner, "R" Text Miner, "R" Base programming.
• Automate ad-hoc complex analysis proven useful to enable junior analyst to use them on a recurrent basis. Train Junior Analyst on new ad-hoc analysis developed by Analyst Experts.
• Monitor and interpret process KPI’s
• Need to be a good team player and lead, involve the team members for smooth day to day operation
• Should be able to motivate, guide his team to achieve team target
• Effective in allocation the workload within team
• Should be able to understand team pulse and react effectively
• Accountable for coaching, mentoring and motivating managers and specialistsSkill Set:

Technical Skills
• Experienced in "ldquoR"rdquo modelling in warranty / spare parts management area
• Experienced Base "ldquoR"rdquo programmer
• Experienced Enterprise Guide / Enterprise Miner User
• Experienced in Analytics Solutions as a developer
• Experience in statistical/predictive modelling techniques like regression, multivariate analysis, forecasting, and reliability models, clustering techniques using "ldquoR"rdquo or any other statistical tool such SPSS, Statistical, JMP
• Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel)
