Job Description
Offer release:


Ensure smooth Operational support in releasing offer letters as per required standards and processes and within timelines. Manage the activity with no errors and having metrics around the following activities in offer process:
  • No. of offers released within / out of SLA 
  • Maintaining breakup of BU wise offers
  • Tracking the insufficiency list


Background Verification:

Ensure the Background verification process is well managed within SLAs. Have necessary metrics to measure and publish to the required stakeholders as per established timelines. Provide value add to the reports wherever required. Measurement to be against the below:
  • Total No. of cases initiated
  • Insufficiency received and cleared
  • Tracking SLA for Interim and final report
  • Monitoring the invoice activity to ensure payment is done on time upon the invoice submitted
  • Ensure reports are uploaded in document manager


On Boarding & ID creation:


Ensure a smooth and pleasant on boarding happens across all locations. Ensure that employee IDs are generated in time to the business managers. Publish reports wherever required as per set timelines.
  • Tracking the no. of candidate on-boarded across the locations
  • Maintain tracker to monitor the no. of candidates completed on boarding prior to reporting to work
  • Reliving letter tracking for new hire joiners to be submitted
  • Maintain tracker for ID creation
  • Reports to be published within the SLA with zero errors to stakeholders


Personal file management
Ensure new hire are filed within 2 days of candidate on-boarded with audit checklist available. 
Document management migration to be completed after the payroll processing

Following with employees and filing the reliving letter for previous employment

Managing the scanning activity

Tracking the no. of files scanned and migrated to document manager

Publishing of reports to stake holders within the defined SLA’s

Skills: Good knowledge in word, excel & PPT

Communication : Good Communication
