Role: Associate Digital Marketing/ Digital Marketing Consultant
Location: IT Park, Chandigarh
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
The Digital Marketing Consultant will be an integral part of the Demand Generation team and will be working closely with the various stakeholders on the day to day activities. The person needs to be organized and have an eye to detail. Should be capable of multi-tasking. The person should have effective communication skills which will also help in developing close relationships with field and global marketing teams.
Good to have up to 1-5 years of digital marketing experience
Good knowledge of website development
Knowledge of digital marketing and various techniques
Ability to perform research, and have an analytical bend of mind
Knowledge of following (any one or more of the below skill sets is good to have, the candidate doesn’t need to know all the below):
Canva & InDesign
MAP or Hubspot
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and executing tasks on a day to day basis through Asana (project management tool)
Creating and publishing website content like blog posts and event pages
Constructing email campaigns on Eloqua according to stakeholder requirements
Work on Google analytics reports
Ensuring high quality of work
Resizing Canva images for website
Creating localized versions of various case studies using InDesign software
Optimize content for the website
Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly through google analytics
Implementing digital marketing best practises

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
