Technical and Professional Requirements- - Bachelors/ equivalent degree with at least 2 years of experience.- Experience in ERP consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks with Financials as Primary Functional area.- Detailed functional knowledge using one or more of the following Infor Applications: Baan/ Infor ERP LN. - Detailed Techno-Functional functional knowledge in using one or more of the following Infor Applications / , Technologies:, * Baan , * Infor ERP LN , * Technical/ Admin (Tools 4 GL Programming, DAL, Tools Adminstration, Admin activities like User Access updates, Disaster Recovery, Installation and related DB and OS SETUP). *Sound knowledge of the ERP LN architecture and how it can be interfaced with all the upstream and downstream systems. - Location of posting is subjected to business requirements

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
