Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Analytics

In this role, you would be required to work as part of a team of data and credit risk analysts to develop various model risk management dashboards using R programming. As a data scientist and R programmer, you would be expected to co-innovate with the clients to create
\u2022 Dashboard for MRMD to allow self-serving model inventory and model reporting for current MRMD users within Bank and allow various MRMD/governance committees to view real time MRMD updates
\u2022 Dynamic CCAR reporting and dashboard capabilities
\u2022 Develop real time reporting capabilities
\u2022 Develop self-serving capabilities to allow business to view Models and CCAR data directly
\u2022 Develop CECL dashboard
The work location is Kolkata. The client is a mid-d US bank.

\u2022 Understand client requirements with respect to dashboard design and execute code in R to produce the necessary results
\u2022 Communicate the results with client stakeholders over emails and calls
\u2022 Own a project delivery from end-to-end; reach out to senior team members for ideas and feedback
\u2022 If necessary, conduct independent research on a topic, to ensure efficient program writing

Minimum qualifications

\u2022 3+ years\u2019 experience in data analytics, preferably in the banking and financial services industry
\u2022 1+ year experience in credit risk analytics or credit risk reporting
\u2022 Experience of data analytics and visualization/dashboard development across portfolio management (Originations, Vintage based, behavioral etc.) and/or regulatory compliance (CCAR Stress Testing, Loss Forecasting etc.)
\u2022 Experience of handling large data sets
\u2022 Proficiency in R programming (R/ R-studio, R-shiny)
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Engineering, mathematics, statistics or economics

Preferred qualifications

\u2022 Exposure to SAS/ Python
