We have an urgent job opportunity for a MNC Retail Cash and Carry Format Company   (Mumbai). Kindly find the details below

Requirement : Asst Store Manager -Operations

Reporting directly to the Area Manager the Store Manager should have a hands-on approach to Store operations.
They need to lead, motivate, inspire and influence the store’s team of Supervisors and Store Assistants to ensure the store is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and offering the highest customer service standards. Ideally,
Should be having previous experience in facing retail or wholesale environment together with excellent organizational, communication and people management skills.
