We are hiring for ARM from 7+ yrs experience with excellent communication Skills.

Job location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech park)

Job Description: 

• Managing a recruitment team and responsible for planning, directing and controlling all phases of day-to-day recruitment activities within assigned clients in order to increase the market shares/profits.

• Responsible for managing existing client relationships fulfilling client manpower needs keeping in view critical factors of speed/TAT, quality and budget in consideration. Meet requirement coverage, interviews and placement targets for the group on monthly basis.

• Responsible for allocating the requirements, planning and supporting the team in terms of sourcing, screening, evaluating, interviewing and negotiating. Presenting the right kind of the profiles to the clients within the specified time.

• Responsible for all SLA’s to ensure contract compliance and perform as a key-sales-person and Point-of-Contact for assigned customers/Clients.

• Responsible for Resource Management, Team Building, Feedback Tracking, Revenue Generating, Training & Development, effective Leave Management in order to achieve team targets that include Daily, Weekly, and Monthly with respect to submittals, interviews, placements & GM $$.

• Responsible to increase the Fill Ratios/ Hit Ratios as well as for headcount growth & maintenance across all the assigned accounts/ clients.

• Manage and mentor recruiting staff, refine recruiting process, maintain pipeline report.

• Act as SME/SPOC for all client interactions and drive recruitment strategies based on supplier calls, snapshot meetings and scorecard results.

• Involved in Leadership Meetings for Strategic Planning, Target setting, Performance reviews (PMP/PIP) and development plan.

• KPI Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to be shared with the business, and senior management.

• Knowledge and understanding of US Visas & Tax terms. Extensively worked on W2 requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree in any stream (No Backlogs).

• Well versed with full US recruitment life cycle.

• Exposure in working with Direct Client requirements and VMS Based clients.

• Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST.
