Designation - Assistant Manager – LMS

Role Profile

Area of Operation
Training & HR

Role Objective
• Content creation and SCORM packaging for courses created in-house.
• Manage reporting database and master data for LMS and App.
• Create and assign knowledge assessments to various groups of end users.
• Reporting and MIS for the Learning Team.
• Oversee development of system simulators or video walk through.
• Develop learning solutions, end user manuals, business process documents, etc.
• Technical support, guidance and representation with contractors, vendors and/or other product specialists.
• Testing and quality assurance of work
• Managing Social Media Marketing for Training and HR Function.

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and skill set
• Excellent online communications, writing skills (English & Hindi)
• Graphic designer with experience building online training courses.
• Experienced in the use of E-Learning and Multimedia authoring software
Technical Skills Set:
Applications MS-Office, MS Visio, Adobe Suite, Articulate, Captivate, other authoring application
LMS: Likes of Entralltech, G-Cube, Moodle, etc.
Publishing Tools: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Luminosity Studio, Dialogue Design, Content Author Producer, Content Author Editor, Web Page Maker, etc
Movie Making and Animation applications like Pinnacle studio / GoAnime etc.

Education
Graduation : Any
Post-Graduation : PGDM/ MBA HR & IT
Certification: Instructional Designer

Experience
Should have prior experience of LMS Management
Should have prior work experience as a Content Developer / instructional Designer
