Job Description
Must have hands on experience into Talent acquisition process, starting from sourcing profiles to on-boarding process.
End-to-end Recruitment for various positions across companies and dept., Interviews, On-boarding and exit formalities, Office administration, Attendance/Leave management, Vendor management, Internal team co-ordination, Salary calculation etc.
Must have hands on experience into All HR Activities.
Knowledge and experience in compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
Understanding Management needs, Job Specifications, Qualification and Skills.
Ensuring Optimal Utilization of Human resources i.e., Man Power Planning and deployment.
Should maintain a Functional organization structure for various departments and to ensure continuous up gradation of Employees.
Employee Engagement.
Training & Development.
Performance Management.
Developing an Overall strategy including design, alignment and Implementation of interventions and support the Business strategy.
Handling End to End Administrative activities.
Must have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
