Job Description
Talent Acquisition :

• Identify, Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs, sourcing channels and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates

• Responsible for the execution of the recruitment process: Interview, offer negotiation, candidate engagement, stakeholder management and post offer follow ups for assigned requisitions.

• Regularly identifies, discusses and brings forward issues or ideas to Hiring leads.

• Also, responsible for coming up with innovative hiring strategies right from understanding the requirements to closing the needs.

• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

• Helping to position the recruiting team to provide high quality, timely and cost-effective recruitment services.

• Utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development.

• Onboarding Placement service providers

• Share requirement with placement service providers and follow-up for line up

Corporate HR Policies :

• Review existing policies and align them with Organization strategy

• Create new policies as per requirement and evolving trends in alignment with Organization strategy, HR Vision and strategy

• Benchmark policies with industry to ensure 'Best in class' policies are implemented

• Communicate & clarify policy related issues/ grievances to employees

Performance Management :

• Clearly communicate and cascade the PMS philosophy to all line managers and employees

• Draw up Performance Management Process calendar as approved by management

• Execute goal setting process end year appraisal process for all eligible employees

• Put in place a communication plan for completion of the entire PMS process

HR Operation :

• Issuing of offer letter and appointment letters to new joiners.

• Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.

• Drafting of Increment letters, preparation of new Salary structure, coordinating with finance department for the same.

• Sending approval regarding Regular Employees, Contractual Employees and Probation Period follow up.

• Timely delivery of Appraisal Letters / Confirmation Letters.

• Responsible for full & final settlement and issuing experience & relieving letter

Payroll and Statutory Compliance :

• Responsible for Complete Payroll Administration. Including Downloading attendance from the biometric, from LMS etc.

• Maintenance of all types of leave & attendance records and updating the database. Managing Employee Web Portal.

• Coordination with PF/ESIC consultant for submission of PF/ESCI/PT challan
