Education: Any UG (Through Regular stream only)/PG

Key skills:
  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience into L&D Training from a BPO industry."
  • Must have done soft skill" behavioral business writing accent and executive training for new entrants as well as existing employees.
  • Should design and develop contents & calendars for training."
  • Should conduct training need analysis (TNA) and come up with training plans. "
  • Should prepare MIS reports/Ad hoc training reports."
  • Should support and mentor new trainers."
  • Should be ready to deliver training across locations in various shifts."
  • Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. "
