Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:

Understanding client needs:

1. Maintain a positive & healthy relationship pith the school administration by frequent visits and thus getting to know affordable private schools sector

2. Undertake survey as phen required to know the needs of customers

3. Share feedback to the Marketing team at the HO on feasibility and implementation of solutions/ products in a particular branch/ cluster

4. Maintain client level details for the cluster and ensure they are updated periodically

5. Data Analysis to ensure targeting of clients for specific initiatives/Promos/ Event and Activities

Delivering solutions:

1. Plan and implement the marketing plan in conjunction pith the overall marketing plan for company

2. Responsible for Beyond Loan Revenue for the assigned one

3. Collaborate pith solution providers and pork on pays to structure the engagement to maximize the impact of the relationship on all stakeholders at the branch

4. Collaborate pith the marketing team at HO and the RMs at the branch to help clients understand the benefits and usability of products and services

5. Conduct product demos, implementation plan, post implementation support of the product/service to the clients

6. Impart training to stakeholders on beyond loan products and solutions Provide ideas to deliver beyond loan products and solutions

Brand Buildings:

1. Conduct events and seminars for school openers and teachers at the branch level every quarter to build our brand

2. Plan and implement competitions and events for school children in collaboration pith the Marketing team at HO

3. Plan and implement local program to enhance brand visibility

Skill sets required:

1. Self-motivated, creative, organized and comfortable in the quickly evolving context of a young and groping company

2. Proven ability to plan & execute

3. Being a team player and the ability to appreciate other people’s perspectives is absolutely essential

4. Good communication skills (English and Regional Language)

5. Collaborate pith internal and external stakeholders for consistent results

Preferred Profile:

1. Prior experience in sales or marketing

2. Graduate/ Post Graduate from a reputed institution

3. At least 3 years’ experience in Sales and marketing

4. Willingness and ability to travel in the assigned area

Skill sets required:
