Job Description
  • Heading the general administration, security, liaisons, IT, vendor management, housekeeping/facilities and transport departments.
  • Overseeing Administrative policies & evaluate them to ensure that they are in compliance with corporate rules and mission.
  • Recruit the corporate staff and train them on official work structure, policies, correspondence and apprehension procedures. 
  • Coordinate finance/accounts, assist in budget preparation. Also coordinate in making policies related to cost saving. 
  • Conducted investigations regarding suspected incidents of external fraud, employee theft and embezzlement.
  • Established all five locations in Punjab by the mean of Admin/IT/HR/Transport/Security management. Coordinated with the Operations Team for record/performance management.
  • Meet government official on behalf of the Company for all legal compliances and get all approvals done.
