Profile: Assistant Manager - Accounts Required Work Experience: 1-2 Years Education: B.com/M.com (Experience in Tally is a must) Job Description: â¢ To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner. â¢ To complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions. â¢ To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports. â¢ Preparation of trial balance, bank reconciliations and various day to day reports. â¢ Prepare monthly GST returns and manage/monitor GST refunds/payments, TDS payments and return filing. â¢ Knowledge of MS. Office especially MS. Excel and Tally is a must. â¢ Excellent organization and administrative skills, knowledge of accounting principles and accounting standards. â¢ Prepare invoices and monitor vendorâs ledger accounts with the help of Tally.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
