Job Description
Profile: Assistant Manager - Accounts
Required Work Experience: 1-2 Years
Education: (Experience in Tally is a must)
Job Description:
• To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner.
• To complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions.
• To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports.
• Preparation of trial balance, bank reconciliations and various day to day reports.
• Prepare monthly GST returns and manage/monitor GST refunds/payments, TDS payments and return filing.
• Knowledge of MS. Office especially MS. Excel and Tally is a must.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills, knowledge of accounting principles and accounting standards.
• Prepare invoices and monitor vendor’s ledger accounts with the help of Tally.
