We are urgently Looking candidates for Assistant Manager-Finance & Accounts profile.

Position: Assistant Manager-Finance & Accounts
Experience : 3 to 5 years

Job Location: Kalkaji-South Delhi  
Edu./Qualification: B.Com.

Job Description:
  • Preparing & maintaining various books of accounts & reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms.
  • Knowledge of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss a/c, Cash management. 
  • Knowledge of TDS return, Service Tax Return, Vat return, Sales Tax. 
  • Preparing bank reconciliation statements for reconciling cash & bank balances involving active coordination with bank authorities. 
  • Party reconciliation on monthly basis. 
  • Maintaining MIS & reports, evaluating them for facilitating decision-making process. 
  • Preparing of VAT Return, VAT Register, stock statement for bank on monthly basis. 
  • Maintaining Purchase Register, Sales Register & Capital Goods Register. 
  • Support internal and external audits by providing information and answers to auditors. 
  • Deduction of TDS on Vendors payment and deposit the Government dues before due date and issuance of Form 16 accordingly. 
  • Preparing and review of collection budget (Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly) based on sales forecast , construction schedule and review in the light of actual collection. 
  • Computation and Compliance of all statutory dues within due dates as well as timely filing of periodic returns like that VAT, TDS, Service Tax, ESIC, EPF. 
  • End to end responsible for payroll processing. 
  • Responsible for all banking transactions and other related work 
  • Reconciliation of bank, debtors and creditors account.
