Job Description
Assistant Manager – Corporate & Retail Sales :

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and development for the Corporate Gifting and Retail segment by strategically building relationships with Clientele which would include Corporate Companies , Modern Retailer accounts , Buying Houses , B2B Gifting Agencies , Loyalty Card Companies etc This role effectively develops and cross-functionally and executes comprehensive business development plans across multiple product categories .

Job Responsibilities:

o Develop sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets in the channels

o Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth

o Partner with Brand Licensees to leverage all Sales opportunities and fulfill requirements and customization as per clients requirement

o Pioneer and create new leads and opportunities by identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales, along with Retention of existing clientele

o Customer Surveys and regular monitoring of outstanding payments

o Build a trust and foster a relationship with Buying / Purchase teams to be recognized as a as key Corporate Gifting player

o Collaborate with design agency and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer

Job Qualifications:

Ideal candidate would:

o Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities

o More than 4 years’ experience in Retail Sales , Corporate Sales

o Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives

o Ability to influence and interact with senior management

o Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model

o Superior verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus

o Actively listens and participates within a team environment

o Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs

Education + Experience :

Graduate with minimum 4 years’ Experience in Retail / Corporate Sales
