One of our leading co at Bandra needs ;

Designation    : Assistant – HR & Admin / PA

Location           : HO - Bandra

Qualification   : Graduate
Experience      :  min 3yrs 
Salary               :   22k
Office Timings: 9:30 am – 7pm 

Job Responsibilities

• Administration related work

• Documentation & Filing (Mandatory)

• Reporting directly to Managing Director & coordinate for the daily tasks given

• Maintain daily calendar of the Managing Director

• Team & Task Management

• Maintaining MIS of Asset Handover

• Supervising Office Assistant & Housekeeping

• New SIM Connection (Airtel/Vodafone)

• Coordinating with Internet Service provider

• Maintaining Petty Cash

• AMC Renewals

• End to End Recruitment

• Joining Formalities

• Maintaining MIS of all Employees

• Employee Engagement Activities

• Leave & Attendance

• Payroll

• Performance Management System / Goal Setting

• Coordinating with Bank for opening new salary account

• Monthly visit to Warehouse & Retail Store

• Ensuring SOP’s are set and followed

Job Specifications

• Male / Female

• B.Com (but relevant experience of 1 year), MBA/Diploma/Post Graduation

• Should have thorough knowledge of the MS office tools (expertises in working with MS excel).

• Should have knowledge of HR Compliance

• Business analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong commercial acumen

• Proactive, Team Player, requires good co-ordination and networking capabilities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
