Implement the service asset management policy and standards
Agrees scope of the Asset Management processes, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded.
Follow Asset Management standards, Asset Management plans and procedures
Train respective team members on Asset Management process
Agrees assets to be uniquely identified with naming conventions; ensures that staff comply with identification standards for object types, environments, processes, lifecycles, documentation, versions, formats, baselines, releases and templates
Proposes and/or agrees interfaces with Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management and other functions
Plans population of the asset DB; manages the asset DB, central libraries and tools; ensures regular housekeeping of the asset DB
Provides monthly reports to management
Assists auditors to audit the activities of the Asset Management team for compliance with laid-down procedures; ensures corrective action is carried out

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
