Achieving Targets oValue targets oVolume targets oAcross product Mix Direct Sales network Expansion and penetration, maintaining good business relations with retail clients. oProduct display/visibility. oProduct /Service availability Team building and management manage and drive performance through the team Coordination with various departments, like Operations, IT, Mktg, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding and activation experience. Providing regular and timely feedbacks from Customers, retaile Experience Required (Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required Please also state what might be desirous / advantageous)
4 to 7 years of direct sales experience Experience in handling DSTs Should have good relationships with retail clients Exposure to service oriented product category with customer handling skills will be an added advantage Local Consumer Durables network knowledge/exposure is key
Academia (The minimum / critical qualifications you deem necessary for this profile.)MBA or Graduate with strong academic back ground Personal Attributes Highly self-motivated and directed to work in unstructured start up scenario to build and create business. Keen attention to details with strong process management skills Superior market knowledge with strong grip on customer and competition Ability to motivate teams to work on common set goals

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
