Job Description:
  • Achieve sourcing targets for Consumer Product Finance (CPF) loans from all retail formats in assigned areas.
  • Manage key relationships with merchants & dealers along with Key Account Managers.
  • Ensure resource productivity targets are met consistently.
  • Manage large sales teams consisting of Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
  • Manage sales process compliance at Area level.
  • Manage administration for area level offices.


  • Key Result Areas (Job Responsibilities)
  • Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the area as per AOP.
  • Responsible for developing & driving sales productivity for the Sales area.
  • Achieve POS opening targets at large/Medium/Small stores & Key Accounts/LFR.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to sales team to ensure sales teams exceed the target.
  • Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
  • Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action
  • Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to the product team
  • Responsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within the sales area.
  • Initiate and drive process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience
  • Recruitment and training of sales teams
  • Provide support to the collections team
