Roles and Responsibility :

Job Title:Area Sales Manager -Loan against property
Academic Qualifications Required: Graduate /Post Graduate
Experience: Must have Work Exp 3-4Yrs.with Banks /NBFC and Dealing in LAP product.
Should have good market connect with the DSA handling experience
No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience: Between 3-5yrs.in mortgages
No. of Positions: 4
Location of Posting: Mumbai

Job Description:To set up distributionthrough DMA/DSA channel partner network and create Portfolio of LAP in their market.
Key Result Areas
Job Responsibilities
1) Setting up the distribution network
2) Achieving the login anddisbursementproductivitytarget
3) Building quality portfolio in the market and ensuring zero delinquency
4) Work closely with the Bank Branch team
5) Work in co-ordination with the Micro Mortgage team in generating leads
6) need to work as a team with Cross functional groups
