Job Description
  • Achievement of Budgeted Sales targets through direct selling to key accounts/large potential customers
  • Identify, Appointment & Develop dealer/distribution network for extending reach/sales of products in various geographies of regions
  • Shall be responsible for account receivables, training & development of sales staff of sales & distribution network
  • Other key responsibilities shall be explained to from time to time
  • Involves travelling in Delhi/NCR and to other cities for business development
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Direct Sales, Channel Sales Management
  • Should be extremely confident
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Convincing skills
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Compensation: CTC – 5.00 Lacs /Annum (3-3.5 Lacs Fixed + variable performance)
  • Travel: Minimum 10 days in a month.
  • Conveyance: Own Conveyance Must
