Key Responsibilities:

Providing leadership and direction in all functions for the territory for FMCG Sales
Strong territory knowledge of Pune and neighbourhood areas
Should have handled a team of at least 6 - 10 SOs
Should have a minimum experience of at least 5 years in FMCG sales and distribution
Should be able to appoint distributors through past references in Pune, Mumbai, etc.
Setting and achieving key performance targets for sales, delivery, cost, expenses and other measurements of operational performance
Managing all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels
Timely update and present competitor's activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches etc. to the top management
