Job Description
  • Source and Manage retail & Strategic Construction Equipment loans.
  • Lead and mentor a team of energetic and intelligent sales personnel and a reasonably large team of DSAs.
  • Monitor clients portfolio performance.
  • Build and Manage excellent relationships with OEMs, dealers and target customers.
  • Analyze the Credit Worthiness of the customers and manage early stage delinquencies.
  • Manage the PDD collection.
  • Create and maintain an environment with intense focus on improving TAT and other operational efficiencies.
, Desired Profile
  • 10-12 years experience in sourcing retail & Strategic Construction Equipment loans
  • Sound knowledge of processes related to loan disbursements and recoveries
  • Adequate knowledge of multi-functional work processes covering Risk, Collections and Operations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and Excellent relationship management skills
  • Capable of enrolling and managing DMAs
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Handle customer issues proactively.
