Job Description
  • Ensuring that 100% customer queries are responded and inquiries from all sources are captured distributed to teams and is followed up. 
  • Ensure Showroom Ethics & customer friendly atmosphere as per Company Norms
  • Ensuring implementation quality of sales aspects in showroom. 
  • Capturing of customer complaints, response within 1 hour and resolution within 24 hours through Sales Managers or Team Leads. 
  • Ensure maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index and Sales Satisfaction Index. 
  • Ensuring Customer Care Post Booking & Sale. 
  • Active control on Showroom, delivery & Post Booking Feedback & Post Service Feedback.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. 
  • A commitment to excellent customer service. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. 
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. 
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
