Job Description
Objective:

  •  To ensure achievement of all management goals and prepare appropriate business goals for assign industrial market area.
  •  Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas
Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyze all requirements of individual market areas and recommend strategies to increase revenue and profitability and analyze all market trends and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction to maintain profitability of organization and recommend strategies to improve profits.
  • Develop and implement various sales programs to facilitate sales and assist to retain customers to organization and execute various market strategies to reach all budget objectives and provide support to all teams and ensure compliance to all customer standards.
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Maintain optimal level of customer services for all industrial sales activities and ensure adherence to all industry standard
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • To generate new business for the organization.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Analyze all information and ensure confidentiality for same and ensure compliance to all management activities.
  • To prepare reports for all customers on weekly and quarterly basis and provide support to all sales and technical activities.
  • Perform financial analysis of all products and forecast all sales requirements and monitor inventory of all products.
  • To prepare reports for all competitor sales activities and maintain knowledge of all state and federal regulations.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Manage all communication with purchasing and sales department and recommend appropriate price changes for new products and participate in various trade shows and conventions.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participates in trade shows, conferences, seminars etc.

Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate with additional 2 years full time Management PGDM in Marketing from a reputed & recognised University/Institute.

Preferred Experience: 8-10 Years of experience in Industrial Sales & Manufacturing sector.

Age Preferences: 31-35 Years

Technical Knowledge:

  •  Should have sound knowledge in technical products
  •  Should have strong negotiation skills
  •  Sound knowledge of industrial market
  •  Good analytical skills
