We are hiring for Experienced AR Callers - International Voice Process (Healthcare)



Walk-in drive Monday to Friday for AR Experience - International Voice Process (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

We are looking for candidates with below required skills for International Voice - Healthcare

Job Description:


* Exposure in denial management

* AR Callers

* Immediate Joiners

* Excellent Communication Skills.

* Graduation Mandatory

* Ability to multi-task.

* Ready to work in Night Shifts(Fixed Shift).

* Good Analytical, Oral and Written skills.

Responsibilities :


Excellent hands on experience handling Commercial insurance companies

1. Responsible for processing US Healthcare enrollment and billings requests from Physician services, Member services and Billing services.

a. Enrollment of Individuals and Groups.

b. Renewal and maintenance of Individual and group information.

c. Setup and maintenance of billing information / Account analysis.

d. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of the accounts analysis.

e. Setup and maintenance of Enrollment / Disenrollment, Eligibility Update, Effectuation / Termination.

2. To access and resolve enquires, requests and grievances from members and providers and be attentive to details.

3. Ensure the customers enquires are resolved as high priority.

4. Excellent Analytical Skills and able to interpret data and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. Ensure efficiency measures are met in accordance with Performance Matrix and process guidelines.

7. possess good knowledge on MS office tools
