Job Description
The IAM Access Administration Application Security Analyst is responsible for provisioning of application access requests from global business partners within the stipulated service level agreements and consistent with IAMAA Single Day Processing and Quality Assurance goals.

KRAs:


Primary responsibilities include provisioning user access to systems and applicationsfor IAMAA supported business units in alignment with the information security policies and procedures of Client, ensuring the integrity and security of the organization’s information contained on and transferred within all computing operating systems and applications.
  • Assists in the administration of user access and privileges to applications and systems, ensuring that access requests are properly authorized, appropriately documented, and accurately fulfilled
  • Troubleshoots user access issues, including determining cause and implementing resolution; may also be required to participate in system support activities such as testing or maintenance
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes
  • Develops, maintains and reviews technical documentation and knowledge articles; communicates to and conducts training with cross-organizational teams
  • Performs special projects and participates as a technical advisor for ad-hoc projects that are dictated by current business and technological developments
  • Assists users and managers in their efforts to establish and maintain adequate audit trails so that sufficient evidence of computerized business activities exists to reconcile accounts, to detect frauds, to quickly resolve problems, and to otherwise maintain secure and reliable information systems
  • Maintains an awareness of internal & external legislation and regulations regarding information security protection, and coordinates as necessary with IAMAA leadership and IAM Audit & Compliance staff to ensure alignment
  • Assists in the implementation of logical user access policies, standards, and guidelines that balance business requirements, risk tolerance, and Client policies
  • Executes regulatory and operational control activities related to user provisioning, de-provisioning and access recertification
Provides reports and evidence for audits of systems and processes and facilitates remediation of audit findings, coordinating as appropriate with IAMAA leadership and IAM Audit & Compliance staff

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related IT field
  • 6+ years’ experience in information technology supporting a large- company
  • Proficiency in Multiple Virtual Storage (MVS) mainframes and Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), including the Vanguard suite of products for RACF
  • Proficient in Windows and Active Directory security design and application, including knowledge of file shares and group membership
  • Proficiency in Mainframe Top Secret security, DB2, and, web-based, vendor-hosted and other applications
  • Experience in user access administration of financial systems preferred (accounts payable, electronic banking, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio) to provide data in various forms (reports, charts, statistics) and SharePoint
  • Understands Identity and Access Management standards, controls and best practices
  • Understands concepts of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), with experience in RBAC-related implementations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive, and accountable with the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Must possess critical thinking skills to evaluate and rationalize requests for appropriateness
  • Works well with peers, clients and third-party vendors in a team environment
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
  • Must possess a strong sense of ethics and integrity in support of security compliance and related interaction with all constituents
  • Information technology audit experience preferred
  • Experience with SailPoint, ticket management (ServiceNow) and access management systems preferred
  • Experience with queue management preferred
Salary: 7000-9000 RM per month + allowances +annual bonus +visa + air ticket + first 30 days hotel accom (Not a constraint)
