Job Title: Application Sales Engineer/Co-ordinator – Mumbai- Bhandup west
Job Responsibilities –
Be able to handle filling of Vendor Registration forms, document submission etc.
Basic knowledge pricing of valves & knowledge of e-bidding.
Over all e -m ail correspondence, follow –up & after sales service with clients.
To co-ordinate directly with the customer & pass on info to other team members overall follow -up.
Basic Knowledge valve buyers.
Process Enquiries Received From All Customers, preparing of tenders, enquiry follow etc.
Routine Sales & Business Development Work.
Be able to answer Commercial and Technical Queries raised by clients.
To co-ordinate directly with customers and pass on info to other team members for overall follow up.
Key Skills: Should have good communication skills
Should be well versed with all valve standards, BS, API, ISO etc. &
He should be tactful in communicating with internal and external customers.
He should be polite with good etiquette and mannerism.
Handle tactfully internal & external officers.
He will be c o-coordinating with the production team and attending production meetings. Thus, he will have a good grip on the orders being processed, bottle necks, hold points, rejections, material shortages etc.

Relevant Experience – 5 to 8 years of experience into Valve company.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
