Analyst - Salesforce / SFDC
What will you contribute?
This high-profile role bridges Data, Systems and Reporting to generate meaningful Business Insights to our business leaders around the world helping them to improve the performance of our Global Services business.
The Senior Systems Analyst works closely with the Director of Central Operations, Regional Operations, Finance and Resource Managers to drive key Financial and Operational reporting processes, to support globally dispersed Regional Leaders and Project Managers with on-demand information through OpenAir PSA Software, Salesforce.com (SFDC), and Business Intelligence through bespoke DOMO Dashboards.Responsibilities & Deliverables:
-Making Systems Changes in SFDC (Data Quality)
-Build and grow strong relationships with Senior Executives and Managers to provide a premier service in Operational Support.
-Managing fast-paced IT/Software projects from end to end to improve our systems and processes. This includes proposing and creating concepts, building requirements and designs, managing tenders, managing vendors, implementation and testing of changes, build of training packs and updating documentation, change management and embedding.
-Participate in the continuous improvement of Data Quality through identification, mapping and proving data at each point in the data flow. Proving calculations and data transforms, improving trust in the end reports and insights we provide to the business.
-Making changes in OpenAir to improve how our Field based Consultants and Project Managers complete timesheets against customer project plans to manage their projects, bill time and expenses, log non-billable time such as holidays and sick leave. Improving the reporting capability and flexibility of the system so that Senior Leaders can manager their Businesses through the data and insights that Open Air passes to Domo.
-Making changes in SFDC to allow greater flexibility to our Salespeople and improved metrics for our Managers and Senior Leaders to steer the Sales business by.
-Run fast-paced projects to create on-demand data analytics by moving out of static excel spreadsheets and into DOMO, our Business Intelligence tool using SQL to provide real-time information at the fingertips of our business leaders whenever they need it. We need people who can perform Data Transformations, build and merge new Data Sets from reports out of our various systems.
-Schedule and configure timely reports that allow our Reporting Team to compile monthly and on-demand business insights for Regional Operations enabling the business to monitor, control and improve P&L, Sales Pipeline, Resource Utilization and Multi-Project Financials
-Build, improve and maintain advanced Excel Dashboards and Reports that include Macros, VBA and advanced formulas.
-Understand the Finastra Global Services business processes to assist the business users and drive changes.
-Be an expert in using all tools in order to train others, drive improvements and provide quality insights
-Organize and/or provide training for users of any new tools or processes. Coach new members of the team.
-Write, maintain, and restructure documentation of Global Services data, processes, and tools
-Strong behaviors are vital to the success of this role including Pro-active self-starter / can do attitude with strong work ethic / analytical/able to pre-empt issues before they become problems, and are credible in front of executives.
-A mix of Project Skills to improve business operations and BAU skills to maintain and service business operations. Previous experience of PSA Software and BI Software projects is a strong advantage.
-We are looking for solid experience with Business intelligence tools to merge data sets in SQL and perform Data transforms to build Dashboards. We use DOMO, but your experience could be with other BI Tools like Qlik, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI.
-Highly experienced in improving Data Quality from the point of input, through our systems and into our Business Intelligence tool DOMO.
-Highly proficient with MS Excel including advanced features, building and maintaining macros/VBA, SQL, complex formulas and transforms of data flows.
-Lives by well-executed processes and on time deliverables to internal customers

-Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
-Strong background in Project Management, a PM Certification would be a bonus.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Systems Specialist role
-Experience with DOMO, OpenAir, SFDC, Netsuite, Workday highly desirable
-Experience with collaboration tools (Asana, Confluence…) desirable
