Essential Skill Set Required :

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge

3. Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication

4. Understanding of web technology and cable setup

5. Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing

6. Perform frontline and 2nd level audits and conduct remediation training with associates
7. Experience in Troubleshooting related process
