Job Description
This is a critical position to help ensure the effective and timely management of complaints and investigations. The two people in this position setup and provide administrative support for approximately 1,500 cases annually for the C&I team. In addition, the position supports saving the Books and Records of FOIs exams of approximately 1,600 locations annually.

- C&I case setup, including complaint, request and investigation cases.
- Manage the electronic case file process, which includes generating new electronic case folders, populating the folders with case opening documents (client correspondence, field emails, etc.) and ensuring timely transfer of closed cases to the applicable tool in accordance with Books and Records requirements. 
- Generating established/scheduled reports to internal business partners. 
- Manage multiple and changing priorities, expectations and concerns while working closely with the business partners in a focused and responsive manner.   

- Excellent analytical and research skills. 
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details are needed to ensure proper record keeping.  
- Energetic, service-oriented individual with a positive attitude. 
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
