The Analyst/Officer plays a key role in providing a consistent and efficient service to customer requests/application through accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
The Analyst/Officer is responsible to perform one or a combination of activities like Document Preparation, Loan Settlement, Account Maintenance, Servicing, Due Diligence, Customer On boarding or Remediation activities and involves routine tasks like customer identification preliminary checks, data entry, data validation, non-judgmental decision making for customer requests in the Retail and Business Banking space.
The Analyst/Officer is also responsible for voice/email communications to the Front line as well as upstream/downstream functions.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
